Parking without a reservation – how does it work?
It is always possible to park in Copenhagen Airport. We offer several parking areas, that suits your needs. If you are picking up or dropping off passengers, or if you are going on vacation yourself, we have a parking space that is right for you – even if you do not have a reservation.
You always have the option to park at the airport - also without an online booking. In peak seasons you might notice everything is sold out on the website, but despite that you can always drive to the airport and park without an online booking.
Parking when you are travelling
When you arrive at the airport you only need to find the parking area you want, get a ticket at the gate and park your car. Please note that in high peak weeks we are very busy, and we always recommend making a parking reservation before arriving at the airport.
Parking when you are picking up or dropping of
If you are picking up passengers and wish to go into the terminal to greet them upon arrival, you will need to use our short-term parking. Read more about where and how to park when dropping off or picking up passengers.
Payment options
In all our parking areas it is possible to pay at the payment machines or at the barrier when exiting the parking area. In both places you can use the following cards:
- Dankort
- Visa/Dankort
- Visa Electron
- Maestro
- MasterCard
- MobilePay
If you have your card on your phone you can simply place your phone over the payment terminal to pay.
Receipts (and digital receipts)
If you need a receipt you can get that in two ways:
- directly at the barriere. Press the receipt button on the screen before paying.
- or via Storebox, who provides digital receipts through their app (you can easily sign up via your e-Boks app by pressing "Receipts" inside the app.
