Please read our terms and conditions for online reservation of parking at Copenhagen Airport below
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions apply when you make an online booking of parking space at Copenhagen Airport. Therefore, these terms and conditions do not apply if you enter one of our car parks without having pre-booked a space.
We recommend that you read these terms and conditions before booking your parking space.
Please note the following conditions in particular when booking a parking space at Copenhagen Airport.
- All parking at Copenhagen Airport car parks is at your own risk, unless otherwise specifically stated in these terms and conditions.
- Parking prices and fees at Copenhagen Airport can always be found at https://info.parkering.cph.dk/en/prices-and-products. Here you can also find more details about the parking products available.
- The amount will be charged once you have completed your booking. If you order other services in addition to your parking booking, the payment due for such services will be charged at the same time.
- As a consumer, when you make an online booking of a parking space, you are always entitled to withdraw from your booking within 14 days. Your right of withdrawal ends 14 days from the contract date. For more details, see section 7.
- If you make an online booking of parking that starts before the withdrawal period has expired, you will be regarded as having accepted that your parking period starts, before the withdrawal period has expired. If your parking period also ends before the withdrawal period has expired, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends, when the parking period has ended.
- With our free cancellation policy you are allowed to cancel your booking until as late as 2 hours prior the scheduled start time of your parking period. For more details, see section 9.
- In order to exit our car park, you must have paid for the time in which you have used the car park. We therefore reserve the right to retain your car until you have paid the parking fee. 1. YOUR CONTRACTING PARTY
1.1. When you make a booking at http://cph.dk/en/parking-transport, you enter into a contract with Københavns Lufthavne A/S ("CPH"), Box 74, Lufthavnsboulevarden 6, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark, business reg. (CVR) no. 14 70 72 04, which provides parking facilities at Copenhagen Airport, and these terms and conditions apply to your booking.
1.2. CPH can be contacted at the above address, at telephone no. +45 32 31 32 31 or at the email address parkering@cph.dk. CPH's website is at www.cph.dk/en.
1.3. If you order other services in addition to your parking booking, such as a car cleaning, your contracting party will be the company providing the services in question. CPH will have no liability for any claims in this regard. If you have any questions or queries, including any complaints about the services in question, they must therefore be addressed to the relevant service provider. Their contact details are set out in your order confirmation and here.
2. ONLINE BOOKING
2.1. You may make an online booking of parking space at CPH's booking site, http://cph.dk/en/parking-transport. You can only book one parking space at a time for one unbroken parking period. If you exit the car park during your parking period and subsequently enter again, it will be regarded as a new parking period for which the current drive-in rates for the nominated car park will apply.
2.2. When making a booking, you must select the car park, price range and parking period. For more details on parking and how to make a booking, see https://cph.dk/en/parking-transport/how-to-park.
2.3. You must make your booking at least 1 hour before your parking is to start.
2.4. Parking spaces can be booked online for a maximum of 14 weeks at a time.
2.5. If you have booked a parking space for less than 14 weeks and you wish to extend your parking period, you may do so via http://cph.dk/en/parking-transport. However, there must be a free parking space in the nominated car park for the desired duration of such period. It is not possible to extend a current parking period online.
2.6. When your booking has been completed, this will be confirmed by a printable on-screen receipt showing your booking number and receipt of payment. The receipt will also show the QR code you can use when entering the nominated car park, see section 4.3. You will also receive an order confirmation via the email address provided. The email will also show the QR code. CPH will keep this information on file, but it is recommended that you print the order confirmation and save it.
2.7. When you have received the order confirmation, a binding contract has been entered into by CPH and you, and your booking will then be binding, see also section 7 on your right of withdrawal.
3. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
3.1. Parking prices are in DKK and inclusive of VAT and other taxes etc. Current prices are listed on CPH's website, http://cph.dk/en/parking-transport/prices-products
3.2. The price payable for your booking depends on the nominated car park and the number of days booked and whether you have ordered additional services.
3.3. You may pay for your parking with the following cards:
- Dankort
- Visakort
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- American Express
- MobilePay
3.4. The amount will be charged once you have completed your booking in accordance with section 2.6.
If you order other services in addition to your parking booking, such as a car cleaning, the payment due for such services will be charged at the same time as the payment for your booking.
3.5. In connection with the payment transaction being completed, your payment details will be saved until the individual payment transactions have been successfully completed. Your payment and card details will be stored by CPH's designated PCI (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) certified service partner. The details will thus be stored in a secure PCI certified environment which meets international security standards, until the payment transactions have been successfully completed.
3.6. If, for whatever reason, you pick up your car before the end of the parking period, you will not be reimbursed for the unused period, unless you are entitled to withdraw from the booking, see section 7 concerning your right of withdrawal.
3.7. If, for whatever reason, you fail to pick up your car earlier than four hours after the end of the parking period, a fee will be payable according to the current drive-in rates for the nominated car park until you pick up your car. Such additional fee is payable on exiting the car park.
3.8. If you park your car so that it occupies two parking spaces, we reserve the right to charge you for two spaces during the parking period of your car.
3.9. In order to exit our car park, you must have paid for the time in which you have used the car park. We therefore reserve the right to retain your car until you have paid the parking fee. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to pay the parking fee, you must contact the Operations Centre via the "I" button on the pay station.
3.10. CPH accepts no liability for printing errors, including errors in prices, price changes and technical updates.
4. PARKING
4.1. When your booking has been confirmed, CPH will make one unspecified parking space available to you at Copenhagen Airport at the designated time and in the nominated car park.
The parking space may only be used to park one car or one van less than 3,500 kg of a maximum height of 2.20 meters. This means that the parking space may not be used to park trucks etc.
4.2. When you have booked a parking space in a specified car park, you have secured a space in that car park, even if the car park is indicated as full. You should therefore simply proceed into the car park. If you have any problems entering the car park, please contact the Operations Centre via the "I" button on the pay station.
4.3. To enter the car park, you can either use automatic license plate recognition or the QR code provided in your order confirmation.
If you want to use automatic license plate recognition when entering and leaving the car park, you must enter your license plate when booking a parking space.
Alternatively, you may either scan the QR code provided in your order confirmation electronically via your smartphone or using a print-out of your order confirmation. If you have forgotten the QR code, please contact the Operations Centre via the "I" button at the pay station. You must also scan the QR code when leaving the car park after the end of your parking period.
4.4. Your parking period starts when you enter the car park (but in any case no later than the time of entry indicated by you when making the booking) and ends when you exit the car park (or at the end of your reserved parking period, if you did not show up). If, for example, you have booked a parking space for three days and nights (72 hours) and park your car at 09:00 am on Day 1, your parking period ends at 09:00 am on Day 4, even if the parking period was scheduled to end at 12 noon.
If you exit the car park during your parking period and subsequently enter again, it will be regarded as a new parking period for which the current drive-in rates for the nominated car park will apply.
4.5. If you make an online booking of parking that starts before the withdrawal period has expired, you will be regarded as having accepted that your parking period starts, before the withdrawal period has expired. If your parking period also ends before the withdrawal period has expired, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends, when the parking period has ended.
5. WE PARK YOU FLY
5.1. This section applies if you choose the We Park You Fly product when making a parking booking at http://booking.cph.dk/en/.
5.2 You must park at least 2 days to book “We Park You Fly”.
5.3. When arriving at Copenhagen Airport, please enter the car park specified in the order confirmation and hand over your car and car keys to the CPH staff. To enter the car park, please use the QR code provided in your order confirmation. Immediately after having entered the car park, stop the car in the area designated for We Park You Fly customers in order that the car can be photographed to enable CPH to prove the state and condition of the car at the time when it was left in the car park. Signs in the car park show the way to the drop-off point, where the car and car keys are handed over to the CPH staff. After drop-off with the CPH staff, the car is transported from the car park to another fenced parking area.
If you simply park your car in the car park and do not hand over the car keys to the CPH staff as stated above, you must – before exiting the car park – pay any difference up to the current drive-in rates for the car park where you have parked the car.
5.4. If you arrive earlier or later than the time of entry indicated in your booking, you will still be able to enter the car park where the car is to be dropped off by using the QR code provided in the order confirmation. Signs in the car park show the way to a designated parking area where you may park your car. Please leave the car keys with the CPH staff at the We Park You Fly office.
5.5. On your return, please pick up the car keys at the We Park You Fly office in the same car park where you handed over your car keys, against presentation of picture ID in the form of either your passport or driving licence. When you exit the car park, please use the QR code provided in the order confirmation.
5.6. If you return earlier or later than the exit time stated in your booking, CPH Parking must be informed at least two hours before the expected exit time at tel. +45 53 72 73 52 in order to minimise any waiting time at pick-up.
5.7. If you return after the exit time stated in your booking, you will be charged a fee at the current drive-in rates for the "Direct" category until you pick up your car. Such additional parking fee is payable when you exit the car park.
5.8. If, for whatever reason, the parking period is shortened, including due to flight cancellations, you will not be reimbursed for the unused period, unless you are entitled to withdraw from the booking, see section 7 concerning your right of withdrawal.
5.9. CPH is liable for loss of or damage to the car keys while in CPH's possession and for damage to the car during transportation by CPH to/from the parking area where the car is held. For damage occuring while the car is parked in the fenced parking area, please see the general liability provisions in section 12.
5.10. When your car is returned to you, you must inspect the car before leaving CPH's premises. In case of any damage which is the result of CPH having handled the car, you must immediately notify CPH by contacting CPH customer service.
6. WEEKEND PARKING
6.1. This section applies if you choose the Weekend Parking product when making a parking booking at http://booking.cph.dk/en/.
6.2. You can only book Weekend Parking if entering the car park no earlier than Thursday and exiting the car park no later than Tuesday. In addition, your car must be parked overnight from Saturday to Sunday or Sunday to Tuesday.
6.3. If you have booked Weekend Parking, but for some reason pick up the car later than Tuesday, it will be regarded as ordinary parking (and not Weekend Parking), and the full parking fee will be charged in accordance with the current rates for the relevant car park until the car is picked up. Any difference in the parking fee due to your earlier entry and/or your failure to pick up the car in time will be payable when you exit the car park.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (only applicable to consumers)
7.1. When you make an online booking of a parking space, if you are a consumer, you are always entitled at your discretion to withdraw from your booking within 14 calendar days. Your right of withdrawal ends 14 days from the contract date.
If the 14-day period expires on a national holiday, a Saturday, 5 June, 24 December or 31 December, the period will not end until the next business day.
7.2. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email or a letter to CPH (see the contact details in your order confirmation and in section 1 of these terms and conditions) stating that you wish to withdraw from your booking. You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
7.3. You can also withdraw from your booking on our website (use the "CHANGE BOOKING" option on the front page of http://info.parkering.cph.dk/en/ and choose "Cancel booking"). If you use this option, CPH will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notice.
7.4. If you send your notice stating your wish to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired, your booking will be regarded as duly withdrawn.
7.5. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your booking, CPH will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which CPH is informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. CPH will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal after your parking period has started, see sections 4.4 and 4.5, the amount reimbursed to you will be reduced proportionately from the total price of parking in the booking period to an amount reflecting the number of days your car has been parked (or the number of days the parking space was reserved for you, if you did not show up) until CPH was notified of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you wish to withdraw from your reservation after the parking period has started, but before you have entered the car park, please contact CPH as soon as possible. See section 1.2. for contact details.
8. CHANGING A BOOKING
8.1. CPH allows you to change your booking with regard to the date and time of entry, date and time of exit, product and nominated car park up to three hours before the scheduled start time. If you change your booking, CPH will reimburse the full amount of such booking and you must then pay the full fee for the new booking.
9. FREE CANCELLATION
9.1. With free cancellation you are able to cancel your booking right up until 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Free cancellation entitles you to cancel the booking, even if the 14-day withdrawal period (for consumers) has expired.
See more information on free cancellation here.
9.2. If you cancel your booking, CPH will refund the amount paid for your parking space received from you.
9.3. If you wish to exercise the free cancellation, go to My booking and click the cancel botton at the buttom of the page.
9.4. Our free cancellation policy does not affect your right of withdrawal as a consumer or any other of your rights by law.

11.2. Complaints about defects in the parking services provided must be made within a reasonable time after you discover or should have discovered the defect, but no later than 5 days from the parking end date.
11.3. If CPH is unable to give you an equivalent or better space than the space booked by you, CPH will give you another, non-equivalent, parking space against a price reduction. If CPH is unable to give you another space altogether, you will be entitled to have the parking fee reimbursed.
12. LIABILITY

12.4. CPH cannot be held liable for any indirect losses or consequential losses.
12.5. CPH reserves the right to clamp your car and charge a fee of DKK 500 if you fail to comply with regulations, signage, etc., including if you park your car outside the designated parking bays, occupy two parking spaces, park your car in a disabled space or if you park your car someplace where it inconveniences other people, including other parkers and car rental companies, etc. CPH also reserves the right to move your car in such cases.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
13.1. If you are prevented from accessing the booked parking space at the agreed time or completely prevented from access due to unforeseen circumstances beyond CPH's control, including but not limited to war, mobilisation, acts of terrorism (including threats of terrorism), fire, strikes, boycotts, picketing or lockouts (including among the staff at Copenhagen Airport), closure of the airport or of the airport's baggage handling facilities and/or natural disasters, your booking will be postponed by a corresponding number of calendar days.
