Risk of traffic congestion
Due to roadworks, the motorway to and from Copenhagen Airport will be closed for short periods at night between 15 and 24 July, from 01:00 to 04:00. This may cause traffic delays. We therefore recommend that you allow extra time for transport and stay updated on trafikinfo.dk

At Copenhagen Airport we wish to make parking easy and comfortable. And therefor we believe it should also be as easy and flexible as possible to change and cancel your online booking if, for some reason, your travel plans should change.

What does free cancellation imply?

Free cancellation imply the posibilty to cancel your booking up until 1 hour prior to your scheduled time of arrival (i.e. the time where you were supposed to enter the car park according to your booking). CPH will then refund the payment to the same credit card used when making the booking.  

How to exercise free cancellation

If you wish to exercise the free cancellation, go to My Booking and cancel your booking.

 

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and the use of free cancellation does not affect this right—or any other rights you may have under applicable law. Read more about your right of withdrawal.
