Right to complain

You are of course always welcome to contact CPH if you have complaints about a service you purchased from CPH.

CPH Webshop

If you want to complain about a product that you purchased from Heinemann via the CPH Webshop, you are always welcome to contact Heinemann.

Parking

If you want to complain about a service that you purchased from CPH, including parking, you are always welcome to contact us. You can do so by sending an e-mail to; kundeservice@cph.dk.

Appeals

If you can not reach an agreement with either Heinemann or CPH, you may also submit a complaint to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, if your purchase fulfills the requirements. See more information by using the following link: https://forbrug.dk.

You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

When submitting a complaint concerning a purchase from a store, you must state the store's email address as specified on the order confirmation and receipt for the purchase. When submitting a complaint concerning parking, you must state the email address kundeservice@cph.dk.

In case no settlement can be reached through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board, if your purchase fulfils the requirements.
