If you want to complain about a service that you purchased from CPH, including parking, you are always welcome to contact us. You can do so by sending an e-mail to; email@example.com.

When submitting a complaint concerning a purchase from a store, you must state the store's email address as specified on the order confirmation and receipt for the purchase. When submitting a complaint concerning parking, you must state the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case no settlement can be reached through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board, if your purchase fulfils the requirements.
