Competition terms and conditions – Valentines competition 2020
ORGANIZER
This competition is organized by Copenhagen Airports A/S, Lufthavnsboulevarden 6, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark, company registration no. (CVR) 14 70 72 04 (“CPH”) in cooperation with Scandinavian Airlines System Denmark-Norway-Sweden (“SAS”).

GENERAL
CPH reserves the right to change the competition terms and conditions without prior notification; and to suspend or cancel the competition for objective reasons. Furthermore, CPH is entitled to exclude entrants who do not comply with the competition terms and conditions at any time. Decisions made by CPH are final.
Entry in the competition is not conditional on purchase.
WHAT IS THE PRIZE?
The prize consists of two roundtrip tickets on SAS Plus Smart from Copenhagen Airport to Paris with SAS. The tickets have a total value of approx. DKK 9,000. Find more information about SAS Plus Smart here: https://www.flysas.com/en/fly-with-us/ticket-options/ticket-types/
The final value of the prize varies, as this will be dependent on the day of booking together with the dates for outward and return journey. If the winner e.g. finds tickets with a higher value on the dates for outward and return journey, the winner will not be compensated for this economical difference.
The winner must book the tickets no later than March 3rd, 2020 and the outward and return journey must take place between February 18th up to and including June 18th, 2020 or between August 11th up to and including November 2nd, 2020. The winner is free to decide the number of travel days, as long as the journey takes place within the period stated above.
Some periods may be exempt, please see SAS’ timetable for the specific destination.
Reservations are made for sold-out flights. A fee will be imposed on changes made after ticket issue, which is paid by the winner. Insurance, visa and other expenses, including accommodation, in relation to the journey are not included in the prize. SAS’ rules regarding luggage apply.
WHO CAN ENTER THE COMPETITION?
Anyone can enter the competition. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
Employees at CPH, IUM A/S (Marvelous), SAS and members of their households are not allowed to enter the competition.
WHEN CAN YOU ENTER THE COMPETITION?
All entries must be received between February 3rd up to and including February 17th, 2020.
HOW DO YOU ENTER THE COMPETITION?
- On Facebook
You can enter the competition via Facebook. For a chance to win, you must comment on the Facebook post and tell us who you would bring on the journey.
- Physically in Copenhagen Airport
You can also enter the competition physically in Copenhagen Airport. For a chance to win, you must scan a QR code, which is placed at the Valentines event by the TAX FREE Main shop and fill in an online form.
General
Only one entry per person.
The winner will be selected at random on February 18th, 2020 from all the entries received from Facebook and filled-in online forms via the QR code by the closing date.
IF YOU WIN…
There is one winner of the prize.
The winner will be notified by February 18th, 2020 either via the thread on Facebook, if the winner participated here, or via email, if the winner participated physically in Copenhagen Airport. Either way, the winner will receive further instructions on how to collect the prize.
By entering the competition, you accept that your name will be made public on the media, CPH uses, including in a Facebook post, if you win.
The prize cannot be transferred to others, nor changed into cash or other products. If events occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond CPH’s reasonable control, another prize of the same value will be awarded.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize no later than February 24th, 2020 (within 7 days after awarding of the prize), otherwise CPH reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner.
CPH undertakes no responsibility for the award; neither responsibility for defects nor product liability etc.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
The competition is governed by Danish law and any disputes must be referred to a court in Denmark.
