Did you lost your baggage?

If your baggage has not arrived on the conveyor belt in the arrivals hall, you must immediately contact "Bagage Service", which is located close to the baggage claim area. Here, you will be asked to fill out a "baggage report".

What you need to do:

  1. Look at the information screens at the baggage claim area and find your handling company on the right side of the screen. It could be either SAS Ground Handling, Aviator, or Menzies. If you are unsure who to approach, you can also search for your airline here, and under each airline, you can find your handling company under "Lost baggage."
  2. Go directly to "Bagage Service" in the arrivals hall close to the baggage claim area. Here you will find the ground handling company that has handled your baggage.
  3. Have your baggage receipt ready (the little sticker with barcode and destination code you got when you checked in your baggage). It also shows your flight number and your baggage’s identification number.
  4. Have your boarding card ready.
  5. Fill out the baggage report. You must give a precise description of the lost baggage. Preferably as detailed as possible. What does the suitcase look like? What size, colour, pattern etc? What’s inside the baggage?
  6. Finally, you will receive a receipt with your baggage report. The ground handling company will then contact you directly when they have any new information.
