SAS is back on the route between CPH and Bangkok

For the first time in more than 9 years, SAS - Scandinavian Airlines is once again operating on the route between Copenhagen and Bangkok. The route was inaugurated yesterday from gate C36 at Copenhagen Airport, with speeches from SAS’ Chief Commercial Officer Paul Verhagen, the Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s (TAT) Orn Doungchan, and CPH’s Chief Commercial Officer Peter Krogsgaard. The passengers were treated with fresh spring rolls from SSP Denmark and a wide variety of beers from Mikkeller ApS.

SAS is operating the route to Bangkok three times a week this winter, with an Airbus A350-900 capable of carrying 300 passengers in a three-class configuration. We congratulate SAS on its return to the Thai capital, and we thank you for your continued trust and great cooperation with us.
