Share your concern
Copenhagen Airports has had a whistleblower scheme since 2013. It is a safe and secure option for employees and other stakeholders associated with Copenhagen Airports to report a concern if they experience or suspect a serious offense within the company. The whistleblower may decide to report anonymously.
Which concerns should be reported
The whistleblower scheme is to be used to report concerns about serious matters or suspected serious matters. The concerns raised must involve serious violation of laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures, CPH employee code of conduct, etc. Serious concerns are, for instance:
- Economic crime such as embezzlement, bribery, fraud and forgery
- Irregularities relating to accounting and auditing
- Submission of false or misleading information to public authorities
- Material breaches of flight safety and security regulations
- Material breaches of health & work safety regulations
- Material breaches of environmental regulations/environmental pollution
- Serious harassment, such as sexual harassment or harassment due to race, political or religious affiliation, etc.
The reporter’s own conditions of employment will in general fall outside the scheme unless it relates to a serious offense. Dissatisfaction with salary conditions, collegial difficulties, etc. should be raised through other channels (typically superiors or HR) and not via the whistleblower scheme.
