This is how Copenhagen Airports (CPH) treat your information.

Collection and processing of information in connection with this reporting form is required for reporting obligations in accordance with EU Regulation No. 376/2014. The processing of the report, including collection, registration, analysis, exchange, and storage, is intended solely to improve flight safety at Copenhagen airport and Roskilde airport, and to prevent accidents and incidents, not to place blame or liability. Personal information will only be used for possible follow-up questions or interviews with the CPH Safety & Crisis Management (SCM) Department and to understand the circumstances that led to the specific or similar events. It is optional to answer follow-up questions or accept CPH's request for follow-up questions or interviews.

CPH's authority of processing personal data in connection with these reports is contained in EU Regulation No. 2016/679. Personal information will be uploaded and stored in CPH's safety reporting system for a maximum of five years, according to the Aerodrome Regulations ADR.OR.D.035.

The report and personal data herein will only be processed by the relevant employees in CPH SCM. CPH uses technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from manipulation, loss, destruction and against access from unauthorized person or otherwise treated in violation of the laws. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed based on the latest technology development and threat picture.

Anonymous version of the report cab, under certain circumstances, be made available for the Danish Transport, Construction and Housing Authority, Accident Investigation Board Denmark and for CPH's management in order to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
