Additionally, we sell both hand sanitization and medical masks for both children and adults, which you can bring along on your journey.

Do you prefer ordering your TAX FREE products from home? Then remember to pre-order your products with the TAX FREE store’s Click & Collect service. We pack your products in a sealed bag, which will be ready for you in the airport’s TAX FREE shop – before or after your journey.

Order your products from home and save time at the Airport

With our Click & Collect service you can easily preorder your products from the TAX FREE store and pick them up at three of the TAX FREE shops. By doing so you save time at the Airport, and you can browse through the entire product catalog from the convenience of your home. With our Click & Collect service you preorder your goods and first pay when picking up the order.

Who can use the Click & Collect service?

Anyone travelling to or from Copenhagen Airport can use the Click & Collect service. On the condition that you are at least 18 years old and have a valid plane ticket to or from Copenhagen Airport, or any other valid access rights to the area after security.

How do I pay?

You first need to pay for the products when picking up the order at the TAX FREE stores Click & Collect counter.

You have two choices when using Click & Collect, either you can choose to pick up your order when departing from Copenhagen Airport, or when arriving back at the Airport after your travels. It is important to mention that if your final destination is outside that of EU, you may only use Click & Collect when departing from Copenhagen Airport, and cannot utilize the Collect on Arrival service.

For the person that wants to bring their TAX FREE products on the journey, pick them up at:

The large TAX FREE store directly after security. Here you will find a counter exclusively for Click & Collect customers. The counter is located towards the end of the TAX FREE store in close proximity to the sunglass section, and is made visible with a Click & Collect sign.

For the person that wants to pick up their TAX FREE products on their returning flight:

The TAX FREE store at the baggage reclaim area between baggage track 4 and 5. Here you order can be picked up at the cash tillers counter. This option is perfect for the person that doesn’t want to bring their products on their journey but would rather have them ready for pick up when returning. It is important to mention that if your final destination is outside that of EU, you may only use Click & Collect when departing from Copenhagen Airport, and cannot utilize the Collect on Arrival service option.

The earliest you can order Click & Collect is 6 months before your departure/arrival, and the latest you can order is 12 hours before arriving/departing from Copenhagen Airport.

The majority of airlines accept travelers having both hand luggage and a TAX FREE shopping bag on board the flight. This means you can still purchase products from the TAX FREE store even though you also have a hand luggage. Check the different rules for hand luggage for Airlines 

Remember if your flying with the EU, you can always pick up your Click & Collect on the returning flight to Copenhagen Airport.

Worry not, if your flight is delayed or cancelled we will keep your Click & Collect order at the pick up point initially chosen for 48 hours.
