CPH traffic report: Summer season off to a flying start
CPH opened the summer season with 2.5 million air travellers in June, the busiest month since Covid struck in 2020. Greece is the preferred destination for charter tourists, with Crete as the favourite. Overall, however, Spain is the most preferred country for holidaymakers by some margin.
Updated outlook for Copenhagen Airports A/S July 2023
Management has updated the expectations for the remainder of 2023, due to the continued growth in passenger numbers. Additionally, the temporary agreement entered into by Naviair and air traffic controllers has reduced the uncertainty on passenger operations previously reported.

Single-day record numbers at Copenhagen Airport in May
Copenhagen Airport served 2.4 million travellers this May and set a new single-day record. The airport is now preparing for the summer season by adding extra staff and planning new activities in the terminals. Travellers have 177 direct destinations to choose from.

Only 430,000 passengers passed through Copenhagen Airport in the first three months of the year. This isequivalent to the number of passengers in just six ordinary days before the coronavirus crisis. With air trafficremaining at an extremely low level, CPH reported a loss of DKK 436 million before tax in the first quarter.Having executed a significant cost‐cutting programme, our focus is now on the restart and thegovernment's reopening plan for the travel industry.

7-Eleven
At 7-Eleven, Gates A, you can refuel with everything from to-go coffee, sandwiches, wraps and focaccia to salads, juices and smoothies. But also flight accessories such as neck pillows, earplugs, magazines, colouring books, personal care products and other items necessary for your trip. The kiosk also provides a selection of books and magazines, so you have something to read on your trip. You will find 7-Eleven Read & Fly in the corner facing Gates A.
Espresso House
At Espresso House in Terminal 3, you can enjoy good coffee, tea, cinnamon rolls, bagels, cake and cold beverages. The café is located in Terminal 3 before the security checkpoint, so you can either drop by before check-in or on your homeward journey after arriving at the airport.
Steff's Place
Steff’s hotdog stand in the baggage claim area serves traditional Danish food, and you can get everything that a traditional Danish hot dog stand has to offer. For example, try one of the well-known classics: Frankfurter, saveloy, fried sausage, Mettwurst sausage, roast pork sandwiches or cold beverages such as soft drinks or chocolate milk. You will find Steff Houlberg's hot dog stand in the baggage claim area upon arrival at Copenhagen Airport after your trip.
Burger King
Drop by Burger King in Terminal 3 at the airport and enjoy one of the many classics that Burger King has to offer. The eatery has a dining area for the whole family, but you can also order the food to go. You will find the eatery in Terminal 3 before the security checkpoint on the 1st floor with a view of the entire arrivals hall.
Steff's Place
Steff’s Place serves traditional Danish food and you can get everything that a traditional Danish hot dog stand has to offer. ARKET Café
At ARKET Café you can enjoy a good cup of coffee and delicious pastries while shopping for clothing at ARKET. Their café provides a wide selection of food, from Danish pastries, croissants, salads, wraps, overnight oats, fruit, lemonades, water, juice and much more. The café features household articles such as soaps, creams, books and other household accessories. You’ll find ARKET Café inside the ARKET shop between Gates A and B. The café provides seating spaces with power outlets and charging options available, but you can also order coffee and food to go and take it directly out to the plane.
Espresso House
Grab a fresh up of coffee at Espresso House if you are travelling from Gates E. The café serves breakfast, a light lunch and cold and hot beverages. The café has a small seating area, or you can order the food to go and enjoy it out at the gate or on the plane.
Carl´s Øl og Spisehus
Visit Carl’s Øl og Spisehus at Gates C in the airport, and enjoy a wide selection of Danish open sandwiches and cold dishes for lunch or hot dishes for dinner. The menu also features chips, snacks, cold beers and drinks. In addition, there are power outlets and charging options available in the dining area.
Espresso House
Enjoy a good cup of fresh coffee at Espresso House before departing from Gates C. The café serves a wide selection of breads, pastries, light lunch dishes and cold and hot beverages. The café has small seating area with power outlets available at the seating areas, so you also have the option to charge your devices. You can also order the food to go and take it with you to the gate.
