If you have perfume allergy or other types of allergies that make it difficult for you to go through the TAX FREE shop, you have the option to call for assistance. If you know it is necessary, it is a good idea to arrive well in advance of your departure, as there may be some waiting time.

Here's what to do:
After you have completed your security check and are at the exit of the Security Control, you will find a telephone mounted at the entrance for allergy sufferers. Simply pick up the receiver to be connected to a CPH staff member. Assistance and a time will then be arranged for when you will be picked up and guided around the TAX FREE shop.
