Do you already have a booking? On the My Booking page you have the option to:
- See and edit your information
- Change your booking / Extend your booking
- Cancel your booking
- Resend your order confirmation
In order to use this self service you need the e-mail address used and the booking number, which you find at the top of your order confirmation sent to your e-mail address.
See and edit your information
You have the option to change your personal information and your car details (license plate etc.) if you got a new car or a rental car after you booked your parking. You need to press 'Edit My Information' on the My booking page.
Change your booking
You can change both date, time and car park up until 2 hours before your expected arrival time. Click "Change date and time".
Arriving later than planned? If your arrival to CPH for some reason is delayed then you can always extend your parking on My Booking. Select “Change time of exit” and then change date and time. Click here to view video guide.
Please note that you do not need to extend your parking, if you are only a few hours late. You have 4 hours in total, which you can use before and after your chosen enter and exit times.
It is not possible to shorten your parking after the booking has commenced.
Cancel your booking
On My Booking you can cancel your booking. Go to the bottom of the page and click the red Cancel button. You will receive your refund within 5 business days.
Resend your order confirmation
If you can’t find your order confirmation in your inbox, you can resend it to your e-mail. Click “Forgot your booking reference?” and write your e-mail address.
