My flight has been delayed or cancelled - what should I do?
If you experience a delay or cancellation of your flight, you should always contact the airline directly.
There is no information about my flight being delayed – can I expect it to be on time?
You should arrive at the airport as you normally would. We recommend checking up on your departure information on this website or in the CPH app. Here you will find the latest information on your flight and you can be notified if it is delayed or cancelled.
I have checked my luggage in and now my flight has been cancelled. What do I do?
Please contact the airline and ask them how to get your luggage back.
Why has my flight been delayed/cancelled?
Capacity issues at NAVIAIR, the company responsible for the Air Traffic Management, are at the moment causing delays and risks of cancellations. Furthermore, necessary runway maintenance work can cause minor delays.
I have a flight in a couple of days – should I expect a delay or cancellation?
