Courses & prices

Note: All prices are excluding VAT.

Cabin Crew Initial Fire Training: 1-10 people = 10,000 DKK (per group). Can be included in combination courses

Aircraft Fire Fighter: 26,000 DKK per person (includes catering, hotel, and personal equipment if needed)

Basic Firefighting: 2-10 people = 10,000 DKK (per group), 11-20 people = 13,200 DKK (per group). Can be included in combination courses

First Aid for Cardiac Arrest: 2-10 people = 10,000 DKK (per group) Can be included in combination courses

First Aid for Cardiac Arrest - Refresher Course: 2-10 people = 10,000 DKK (per group)

Combination Courses: Price depends on course content. Note that a minimum of 6 hours of instructor time is required. Courses eligible for combination are marked in this price list.

ARFF (Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting): Price depends on course content.

Incident Commander - Aircraft: 2,500 DKK per person (offered only to the Danish Emergency Management Agency).

HBR Cadets: Price available upon request.

Wet Drill Cabin Crew: Price available upon request.

Maritime Safety Basic Course (STCW): 2 days = 4,200 DKK

Maritime Safety Basic Course (STCW) - Refresher Course: 1 day = 2,500 DKK

Fire Watch Course: 2-10 people = 10,000 DKK (per group). Can be included in combination courses

Human Factor: 2-10 people = 10,000 DKK (per group). Can be included in combination courses

Hot Work Certification: Up to 10 people = 10,000 DKK (per group). 11-20 people = 13,200 DKK (per group)

Facility rental

Mockup/Greenliner: 19,950 DKK (includes 1 instructor for 8 hours) + gas consumption (estimated 8,000-10,000 DKK per day).

Aircraft Training Area (PIP Quarter): 3,500 DKK per day (includes Blueliner and engine fire training). Additional staff required at 600 DKK per hour (minimum 6 hours).

Firehouse: 14,000 DKK includes 1 instructor for operation in 6 hours + gas consumption and smoke liquid (daily price).

Equipment rental

Fire suit, hood, boots, and gloves: 300 DKK (max 2,500 DKK per course)
Helmet: 200 DKK (max 2,500 DKK per course)
Back shield for breathing apparatus: 100 DKK
Trailer with water tank and pump: 1,100 DKK
Trailer with breathing apparatus cylinders: 1,100 DKK
Training trailer with dummies and equipment: 1,100 DKK

Personnel / instructors & assistants

The number of course participants, logistics, and combination courses may require additional staffing beyond standard levels.

Additional staff: 600 DKK per hour (minimum 6 hours, excluding VAT)
Additional instructor: 650 DKK per hour (minimum 6 hours, excluding VAT)
Escort for refueling operations: 500 DKK per course
Crash tender escort from the main gate: 500 DKK per course

Catering

(Price per person per day)

Lunch: 125 DKK (choice of open-faced sandwiches or regular sandwiches)
Breakfast: 110 DKK (includes 1 roll, cold cuts, butter, jam, and juice)
Snacks / Afternoon refreshments: 33 DKK
Croissant: 20 DKK (per piece)
Fruit: 5 DKK (per piece)
