Longer waiting times at security
During the busiest periods, there may be longer waiting times at security. We recommend arriving at the airport two hours before departure for flights within the Schengen area and three hours before departure for flights outside the Schengen area.

Area & Runway systems

The main runway system - with aircraft approaches and take-offs mainly taking place offshore - is used for about 98% of all flights.
