Copenhagen Airport has appointed its new HR Manager. It will be Kirstine Bergenholz, who comes from a position as Senior Director at DONG Energy A/S.
In her current position, Kirstine Bergenholz has been responsible for HR, Strategy and Quality, Health, Safety & Environment in one of DONG Energy’s four business units.
Kirstine Bergenholz is 48 years old and has been with DONG Energy for 6 years. Before that, she was HR Manager at Danish Standards and HR & Learning Manager at the UN. She holds an MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law from the Copenhagen Business School and has supplemented it with an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London. Kirstine is married and has two sons aged 10 and 13, respectively.
“We are implementing a clear growth strategy, which means that over the coming years we will be expanding and transforming the airport so that we can provide efficient and high service to 40 million passengers every year. To achieve that, we must be competitive and capable of attracting and retaining talented employees. Our new HR Manager will play a key role in that respect. I look forward to working with Kirstine Bergenholz and I am sure that she will contribute to lifting us to a new level and realising CPH’s World Class Hub 2.0 strategy,” says Group CEO Thomas Woldbye.

Kirstine Bergenholz will take up her new position on Thursday, 1 June 2017.
