Bottega Veneta arriving at Copenhagen Airport

Italian luxury brand Bottega Veneta today opens a store at Copenhagen Airport. With this, Copenhagen Airport joins the ranks of an exclusive group of airports boasting Bottega Veneta shops, including airports of such major international fashion centres as London and Paris.

Discretion, quality and craftsmanship. Those are the three words with which the Italian fashion company describes its own design. With its origins in Italy's tradition for leather craftsmanship, Bottega Veneta has since 1966 created innovative design of the finest quality for both men and women. Now, Bottega Veneta is opening a new Copenhagen Airport store at Nytorv between Terminals 2 and 3.

"We are very proud in co-operation with Copenhagen Airport to welcome customers to our first store at a Nordic airport – especially as it ties in with our long-term Nordic market growth strategy for Bottega Veneta. The store's location at the airport's Nytorv is absolutely right for a brand of this calibre", said Thomas Møller, CEO of Group 88, which also represents Mulberry, Burberry and Gucci at the airport.

With the new Bottega Veneta store, Copenhagen Airport joins the ranks of an exclusive group of airports, including Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport and London Heathrow Airport, boasting Bottega Veneta shops.

"Bottega Veneta's store concept is the perfect setting for an ideal luxury experience. The store's interior design was created by German designer Tomas Maier, who also masterminded the relaunch of the brand's signature woven bags. Bottega Veneta is in every sense a fine match for the airport's strategy of sending off travellers with an extraordinary shopping experience," said Carsten Nørland, VP, Sales and Marketing for Copenhagen Airports A/S.
