Øresund Bridge Closed to Road Traffic on 1 October
The Øresund Bridge will be closed to motorway traffic in both directions on 1 October 2026 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. due to an exercise. Øresund trains will operate as normal. If you are travelling to or from Sweden by car during this period, we encourage you to allow extra travel time.

Reminder of mandatory tender offer

 

Copenhagen Airports A/S hereby announces that the company has today received the attached notice from the Kingdom of Denmark via the Ministry of Finance.

The notice reminds the shareholders of Copenhagen Airports A/S that the offer period for the mandatory tender offer submitted by the Kingdom of Denmark, via the Ministry of Finance, expires on 10 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (CET).
