Change in Board of Directors

Simon Boyd Geere and John Kevin Bruen have notified Copenhagen Airports A/S ("CPH") that they resign as members of the Board of Directors effective immediately.
The background is changes in the ownership of CPH as announced separately.
CPH will call an extraordinary general meeting to elect new members of the Board of Directors shortly.
