Copenhagen Airports A/S realizes its investment in ITA
Announcement no. 11/2010
Copenhagen, 13 October 2010
As stated in announcement no. 5/2010, Copenhagen Airports A/S ("CPH") signed an
agreement on 22 June 2010 to sell its 49% aggregate investment in the Mexican
airport company Inversiones y Técnicas Aeroportuarias, S.A. de C.V. ("ITA") to
CPH's local Mexican partner, Fernando Chico Pardo.
The divestment was subject to a number of conditions, including:
- approval of the purchase agreement by the Mexican Ministry of Communications and Transport
- approval of the purchase agreement by the Mexican competition authorities
All conditions have now been fulfilled and the divestment was closed today.
The divestment will affect profit for the year before tax by DKK 274.4 million,

The profit has been calculated based on the Danish central bank's official
exchange rate as of today. The current Technical Service Agreement will be
continued until the end of 2010.
