Charges regulations at Copenhagen Airport, agreement on Swift charges

Copenhagen, 15 July 2010a

In today's issue Danish business daily "Børsen" carries an article on charges
regulations at Copenhagen Airport.

The agreement was concluded between Copenhagen Airports (CPH) on the one hand
and SAS, Cimber Sterling, Norwegian and IATA on the other.

CPH notes that an agreement has been submitted to the Danish Civil Aviation
Administration (DKK-CAA), for consultations with all airport users. The
consultations are expected to be completed within the coming weeks, cf. the
rules of BL 9-15, 2nd edition. The new charges agreement will take effect on 31
October 2010.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
