These terms and conditions (called the “Terms”) applies to any use of the websites www.cph.dk, www.taxfree.dk, rke.dk and all other websites, apps, programs, services and tools (collectively called “media”) offered by or on behalf of Copenhagen Airports A/S (called “CPH”) and which refer to the Terms. The Terms applies irrespective of how you get access to the media, e.g. via computer, tablet, mobile devices or other data terminal equipment.

Information on the media is provided “as is”. CPH makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, availability and functionality of the information, either expressed or implied.

CPH shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising out of your access to, or inability to access, the media, or from your reliance on, and actions in accordance with, the information on the media.

This limitation includes any damages or viruses that may affect your computer equipment or other property as a result of accessing or using the media.
Any links to other third party websites are provided solely as a service to users of the media. CPH has no responsibility or control over the content or operation of such sites, and shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from such content or its operation.
CPH reserves its right to alter, modify, substitute or delete any part of the content, and may restrict access to, or discontinue distribution on, the media at any time and at its sole discretion.
The content of the media is the property of CPH and is protected by intellectual property laws. The trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and products displayed on the media are protected by intellectual property laws, and no use, distribution, modification or forwarding of any of these, may be made without the prior written approval of CPH.
Any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Terms shall, if it cannot be solved amicably, be settled the City Court of Copenhagen.
The Terms are governed by Danish law.
All enquiries in this regard should be sent to CPH’s customer service. The above applies to textual, photographic, audio, video and other material protected by intellectual property rights.
Any comments or materials sent to the media or otherwise to CPH regarding the media will be treated as non-confidential and may be used without any limitations or payment by CPH, and shall be considered its property upon receipt.
Amendments to Terms
CPH may amend the Terms at any time by updating this page.
Any person who accesses or visits the media accepts the Terms, and is therefore recommended to regularly read through the Terms that apply at any time.
