There are stationaries with hand sanitization at all entrances and all employees wear a medical mask. Additionally, we sell both hand sanitization and medical masks for both children and adults, which you can bring along on your journey.

Do you prefer ordering your TAX FREE products from home? Then remember to pre-order your products with the TAX FREE store’s Click & Collect service. We pack your products in a sealed bag, which will be ready for you in the airport’s TAX FREE shop – before or after your journey.

Furthermore, you can use Apple Pay as a payment method.

The majority of airlines accept travelers having both hand luggage and a TAX FREE shopping bag on board the flight. This means you can still purchase products from the TAX FREE store even though you also have a hand luggage. Check the different rules for hand luggage for Airlines 

Remember if your flying with the EU, you can always pick up your Click & Collect on the returning flight to Copenhagen Airport.

Worry not, if your flight is delayed or cancelled we will keep your Click & Collect order at the pick up point initially chosen for 48 hours.
