Exchange Policy
You can always exchange a product purchased at Copenhagen Airport for up to 30 days after the purchase*, as long as the product is unused and the packaging has not been broken. Just remember to bring the receipt.
Most of the shops in the airport cooperate with their shops outside the airport, and it is, therefore, no problem to exchange gifts purchased in these stores.
A few of the shops in the shopping center, however, does not offer this service. It concerns the following stores:
- ETON
- LEGO
- Starbucks
- Souveniers
- Tiger of Sweden
- Victoria’s Secret
- TAX FREE
- Sunglass Hut
