1.2. Once a booking is confirmed, CPH will make a parking space available to you at Copenhagen Airport at the time and in the car park you have requested. The parking space in the car park booked will be unspecified.

1.3. CPH can be contacted at the above address, telephone no. +45 32 31 32 31, telefax no. +45 32 31 31 32 or at the e-mail address parkering@cph.dk. CPH’s website is at www.cph.dk.

2.1. Parking spaces can be booked online at CPH’s booking site, http://parkering.cph.dk/. Only one parking space can be booked at a time and a booking must be for a continuous period of time, i.e. you must not exit the car park during the period booked. If you exit the car park and subsequently enter again, it will be considered a new parking period that will be charged in accordance with the applicable rates for the car park in question.

2.2. When making the booking, you must specify the car park, price level and duration of the parking period.

2.3. Parking spaces must be booked no later than 2 hours before the parking commences.

2.4. Parking spaces can only be booked online for up to 14 weeks at a time.

2.5. If the booked period is shorter than 14 weeks, it may be extended up to 14 weeks at http://parkering.cph.dk/.

2.6. Extension of the booked period pursuant to sections 2.4 and 2.5 can only be made if a parking space is available for the entire duration of the desired period of extension.

2.7. When booking has been completed, this is confirmed by a printable on-screen receipt showing booking number and receipt of payment. An order confirmation is also sent to the e-mail address you have indicated. CPH keeps this information on file, but it is recommended that you print the order confirmation and save it.  If you should need it subsequently, a copy of the order confirmation may be obtained by contacting CPH.

2.8. Booking is binding, and a final agreement exists between the parties once you have received the order confirmation, but see section 8 on cancellation.

2.9. When booking a parking space at P15 and P17 online, the booking must be for a period of at least 4 consecutive days.

3.1. Parking at Copenhagen Airport is subject to a parking fee, the amount of which depends on the car park chosen and the number of days for which the parking space is booked.

3.2. The parking fee is paid immediately at the time of booking, see section 2.7.

3.3. When booking online, the parking fee can be paid by Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and MobilePay.

3.4. When paying by credit card, you are required to enter card number, expiry date and security code.

3.5. If the car is picked up before the period booked has expired, you will not be reimbursed for the period during which the parking space has not been used, unless you are entitled to cancel the booking, see section 8.

3.6. If, for some reason, you fail to pick up the car, a parking fee will be charged in accordance with the applicable rates for the car park in question until the car has been picked up.  Any difference in the parking fee resulting from your failure to pick up the car in due time will be charged when you exit the car park.

4.1. In order to access the car park, you must use the QR-code indicated in your order confirmation. If you have not remembered to bring the QR-code, CPH may be contacted from the machine at the entrance.

4.2. Parking commences when you enter the car park (but always at the latest at the time of entry chosen when making the booking) and ends when you exit the car park. If you have booked a parking space for 3 days (72 hours) and enter the car park at 9 am on Day 1, the period you have booked will end at 9 am on Day 4, even if the booking period (the period during which it has been agreed that the parking space will be available to you) was agreed to last until 12 noon, for instance.

5.1. If you have selected the “We Park You Fly” service when booking parking at http://parkering.cph.dk/, this section 5 also applies.

5.2. The option of selecting the “We Park You Fly” service is only available to customers booking parking with time of entry from 4 am – 3.30 pm.

5.3. Upon arrival at Copenhagen Airport, you must drop off your car and car keys with the CPH employee at the car park indicated in the order confirmation. To gain access to the car park, you must use the QR-code indicated in the order confirmation. Immediately after having entered the car park, you must stop the car in the area designated for "We Park You Fly" customers in order that the car can be photographed to enable CPH to prove the state and condition of the car at the time when it was left in the car park. Signs in the car park show the way to the drop-off point, where the car and car keys are handed over to the CPH employee. After drop-off with the CPH employee, the car is transported from the car park to another fenced parking area.

If you do not hand over the car keys to the CPH employee in compliance with section 5.3, you must pay, before exiting the car park, any difference compared to the current rates for drive-in parking in the relevant car park where you have parked the car. Drive-in parking means parking when you have not booked a parking space in advance.

5.4. If you arrive earlier or later than the time of entry indicated in the booking, you will still be able to enter the car park where the car is to be dropped off by using the QRcode indicated in the order confirmation. Signs in the car park show the way to a marked parking area where you may park. The keys should then be handed in to CPH Parking.

5.5. When you return you are to collect your car keys from Information at its office in Terminal 3. Your car keys will be returned upon presentation of picture ID in the form of a passport or a driver's licence. When you collect your car keys, you will be advised where to pick up the car. When you exit the car park, you are to use the QR-code indicated in the order confirmation.

5.6. If you arrive earlier than at the time of exit indicated in the booking, you must notify CPH Parking by telephone no later than 2 hours before the expected time of exit at +45 32312902, so the car will be ready for pick-up. If CPH has not been notified of the new time of exit, you may be required to wait when picking up the car.

5.7. If you arrive later than scheduled you should report to CPH Parking where you will be advised where to pick up your car. If you have not informed CPH of the later arrival, you may be required to wait when picking up the car. Any difference in the parking fee payable as a result of the late pick-up of the car must be paid when you exit the car park. The current drive-in parking rates for the category "Direct" will apply.

5.8. If the parking period is shortened for any reason, including flight cancellations, CPH is not required to reimburse the whole parking fee or part of it paid for the period booked, see section 8 on cancellation made within a period of 14 days.

5.9. CPH is liable for loss of or damage to the car keys while in CPH’s possession and damage to the car during transportation by CPH to/from the parking area where the car is parked. If damage occurs while the vehicle is parked in the fenced parking area, please see the general liability provisions under section 14.

5.10. You are obliged to examine the state and condition of the car on its return. You must examine the state and condition of the car before you leave CPH's area. In case of any damage to the car due to CPH's handling of the car you must lodge a complaint with CPH immediately.

6.1. This section 6 also applies if you have chosen the "Weekend parking" option when booking parking at http://parkering.cph.dk.

6.2. You can only book "Weekend parking" if entering early on Thursday and exiting on Monday. Parking has to include overnight parking following a Saturday or a Sunday. If you enter on Thursday the minimum period of parking is 48½ hours, if you enter on Friday the minimum period of parking is 24½ hours.

6.3. If a customer has booked weekend parking but for some reason collects the car later than Monday, it will be deemed standard parking (not weekend parking) and the full parking fee will be charged in accordance with the applicable rates for the relevant car park until the car is collected. Any difference in the parking fee due to your earlier entry and/or your failure to pick up the car in due time will be charged when you exit the car park.

7.1. The price is indicated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT.

7.2. CPH accepts no liability for printing errors, including errors in prices, price changes and updates.
