How to search the database
1. Visit www.missingx.com.
2. Search for your lost property. Search both under the date you lost it and also on subsequent days. It can take several days for the item you have lost to be found and registered in the system. Please note that only certain items are registered at the airport’s lost property office – click here for further information.
3. If you find your property, please complete the contact form at www.missingx.com by clicking on the blue button labelled “Contact form”.
Storage and shipping of property
If you would like your property stored for later collection at the airport, the airport’s lost property office offers this service for DKK 50 per day, applicable from the day your property is registered. If you would like your property sent to you by post, you will be charged postage (COD) + an administration fee of DKK 150.
Collection at the airport
If it has been confirmed that your lost property has been found, and you have arranged to collect it with the Customer Service department (NOTE can only be contacted via mail), please go the Information desk in Terminal 3. Lost property can be collected from 9.00–15.00.
