The area is already occupied by several different well-known companies, such as Kuehne+Nagel, DHL Aviation, PostNord, WFS, and FedEx.  

Copenhagen Airport is ideally positioned between the US and the Middle East and delivers one of the shortest cargo transit times in Europe. With direct access to the E20 highway connecting to Copenhagen, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and the rest of Europe, the location secures overnight trucking connections to over 900 cities in Europe. The Fehmarnbelt tunnel is expected to be completed in 2029 and will ease and simplify time on transport between Germany's northern catchment area. The airport is also in close proximity to major cargo terminals and the Copenhagen-Malmö port.
