Ethiopian Airlines returning to CPH for the first time in 20 years

For the first time since 2003, Ethiopian Airlines will be linking Copenhagen and the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa. A lot has happened to Ethiopian Airlines since its last Boeing 767 flew to Copenhagen Airport in 2003. Ethiopian Airlines have significantly expanded their route network and are now operating a highly modern fleet of the newest generation of Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

Operations with Boeing 787 Dreamliner

Ethiopian Airlines will begin operating the route on May 22nd with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner operating the route 5 times a week with a technical stop in Vienna. With this new route, travelers will benefit from Ethiopian Airlines’ significant route network, with easier connections to especially a lot of African destinations.
