What are the benefits of being an Advantage member?
You can earn and use Advantage points in TAX FREE and many of the Airport’s shops, restaurants and cafés, receive discounts and excellent offers from the Airport and our business partners – and earn points on parking and at CPH Lounge.

Does it cost anything to sign up for CPH Advantage?
No, it’s free – and everybody can be a member, no matter how often you travel and whether you travel for pleasure or business.

How do I become a member?

What’s the correlation between Advantage points and membership level?
CPH Advantage has three membership levels:

- Basic
- Plus
- Premium

The higher the level, the more Advantage points you earn.

How much are the Advantage points worth?
1,000 Advantage points equal DKK 15 or EUR 2.

How many Advantage points do I earn on purchases?
For every DKK 100 worth of purchases, you earn the following Advantage points:

  • Basic member 100 points
  • Plus member 150 points
  • Premium member 200 points

How do I earn Advantage points?
You earn points when shopping in the many shops, restaurants and cafés in the Airport, as well as in the TAX FREE shops ind the airport and at TAXFREE & SHOPS. You will also earn points when buying parking and access to CPH Lounge.

What can I use my Advantage points on?
The points can be used on purchases in many of the Airport’s shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as on TAX FREE purchases in the Airport and at TAXFREE & SHOPS. What do I have to do to register Advantage points?
Your membership number is printed on your CPH Advantage card and in the Advantage member emails you’ll receive from us. So you can either show your digital membership card when purchasing, your member emails – or you can enter your membership number when shopping online. Your membership number is written as Member no: CPH xxx xxx xxx

Why is there always a QR code at the bottom of my member emails?
The QR code acts as your membership card. So you can choose to just show the email with your personal QR code when you want to earn and use Advantage points.

How quickly are my Advantage points registered?
When buying from TAX FREE, the purchase will be authorised when you pick up the items – and the points credited to your account the following day. As soon as your points have been credited, you can use them on new purchases at the Airport. If you’re unsure whether or not you’ve received your Advantage points, you can always check on your personal profile/account at or through the CPH Airport app.

Where can I get an overview of my points?
You can see the amount of earned Advantage points on your personal profile/account at or through the CPH Airport app.

Can other people use my CPH Advantage membership card?
No, your membership card is personal. Letting friends or family use your card is not allowed.

What do I do if I don’t have my CPH Advantage membership card on me?
You can get a digital membership card on your mobile phone at any time. Then you’ll always have it on hand. Visit or download the CPH Airport app.

Do I earn Advantage points on parking?
You’ll earn points when you book parking at and enter your membership number.

Can I use my earned Advantage points to book parking?
No, for the time being, you only earn Advantage points when booking parking. You can’t use your points to purchase parking.

Why do I have to use my credit card when paying for parking?
Your credit card acts both as payment and your access ticket. The card will be “recognised” when you drive into the car park where you booked a parking space. Because of this, it’s important that you use the same card for booking and when driving into the car park. If you lose the credit card, we can find your booking information via your name and address.

Can I book a specific parking space as an Advantage member?
No, booking a specific space at a specific car park isn’t possible. When you arrive, any vacant space at the car park can be used. CPH Parking guarantees that there will be a vacant spot when you arrive.

Why doesn’t my Advantage membership number exist when I book parking?
When you sign up for CPH Advantage, it takes 24 hours before your registration is active. Because of this, you’ll get an error message if you try to book parking right away. Just accept this error message and continue with the booking process. Your points will still be automatically credited to your personal profile/account.

How do I book professional car care?
When booking your parking online at, you can click on Extra Services and select the service you want.

Who can get access to CPH Lounge?
CPH Lounge is open to everybody – regardless of airline, frequent flyer programme or credit card type. You can visit the lounge any day of the week, all year round between 5:30 AM and 8 PM.

What does access to CPH Lounge cost?
The entry fee is DKK 169 and includes free WiFi, hot and cold drinks, wine and spirits, fresh fruit, snacks, light meals, international newspapers and magazines, computers for general use, as well as charging and printing options.

Can I use my Advantage points to book access to CPH Lounge?
No, for the time being, you only earn Advantage points when booking the lounge. You cannot use your points to buy access to the lounge.

What happens to my Advantage points if I return an item?
Then the points you earned will be deducted from your account. If you already used the points, the value of these points will be deducted from the refund. If you used points to pay for an item and you return it, these points will be credited to your account again.

For how long are my Advantage points valid?
Your Advantage points are valid for three years. You will, however, be able to get the value of your points paid out up to one year after this period. There is a handling charge of DKK 100 associated with this.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer service in writing. All your personal information will then be deleted.

How can I post register my CPH Advantage points?
It is important that you inform if you will earn or spend your points before you pay. Should there be any mistake, you can always post register your points by sending a picture of your receipt along with your membership number to:
