Please notice that we will shut down CPH Advantage on May 31, 2020. From this date the current conditions for membership will no longer be relevant.
1. Membership of CPH Advantage
As a member of CPH Advantage you will earn Bonus Points from Business Partners of CPH, i.e., the Shops and Dining Places participating in CPH Advantage, as well as from CPH Parking. Bonus Points can be used for full or partial payment of purchases made in Shops and at Dining Places. As a member you will also be offered attractive advantages from the various Business Partners.
Participation in CPH Advantage is free of charge.
It is a condition for membership of CPH Advantage that you agree to receive information about offers and membership advantages, etc., by email from CPH and Business Partners of CPH as detailed in Clause 9.
CPH: Copenhagen Airports A/S, Central Business Register (CVR) No. 14707204, Lufthavnsboulevarden 6, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark. Email: email@example.com.
CASC: Copenhagen Airport Shopping Center. The definition covers the terminal area of Copenhagen Airport, including any locations airside, landside, indoors or outdoors.
Business Partners: The Shops, Dining Places, Airlines and Partners participating in CPH Advantage.
Shops: The shops, etc., at CASC offering CPH Advantage. Shops participating in CPH Advantage will appear from the Membership Site at all times.
Dining Places: The restaurants and bars at CASC offering CPH Advantage. Dining Places participating in CPH Advantage will appear from the Membership Site at all times.
Airlines: The airlines operating from Copenhagen Airport. Airlines participating in CPH Advantage will appear from the Membership Site at any time.
Partners: Business partners of CPH, which are usually located outside CASC. Partners offer travel-related products, including tourist attractions, books and entertainment.Partners participating in CPH Advantage and the products offered by the Partners will appear from the Membership Site at any time.
CPH Webshop: CPH’s e-commerce portal on which you can pre-order and purchase products from certain Shops.
Membership Card: Your personal card. You can access your Membership Card from the CPH Airport app. Use your email and password to log in and get access to a QR code that can be scanned to identify you when you use your Membership Card.
Membership Site: www.cph.dk/advantage. On the Membership Site you can see your earned Bonus Points at all times.
Membership Year: The membership year starts on the first day of the calendar month in which you sign up for CPH Advantage and comprises the following 11 calendar months.
Bonus Points: The generic term for Basis Points and Extra Points.
Basis Points: Bonus Points earned for each purchase made based on your membership level.
Extra Points: Bonus Points earned in campaigns.
3. Registration and termination
You must be 18 years old to become a member.
Membership can be obtained in three ways:
3.1 Signing up in person in connection with campaigns
When signing up in person, you must complete a registration form and provide your email address. You will then receive an email from CPH with login data for the Membership Site. When you have completed the registration form on the Membership Site and have accepted these Membership Conditions, you are a member of CPH Advantage. You must then log into the CPH Airport app using your email address and password to get access to your Membership Card.
3.2 Signing up online
When signing up online, you must complete a registration form on cph.dk/advantage, cph.dk/shop or cph.dk. When you have completed the registration form and accepted these Membership Conditions, you are a member of CPH Advantage and will receive a welcoming email. You must then log into the CPH Airport app using your email address and password to get access to your Membership Card.
3.3 Signing up using a mobile phone
You can sign up in the CPH Airport app by providing the information required and accepting these Membership Conditions.
3.4 Termination of membership
You can terminate your membership of CPH Advantage at any time and without notice by contacting CPH Advantage Customer Service by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or at +45 32 31 32 31. When contacting Customer Service, please state your CPH Advantage membership number. Any remaining Bonus Points will be handled in accordance with Clause 4.4.
CPH can also terminate your membership without notice and without giving any reasons by sending an electronic notification to you. In that case, any Bonus Points earned will be handled in accordance with Clause 4.4.
4.1 Earning and using Bonus Points
You will earn Bonus Points when you make purchases in Shops, at Dining Places and at CPH Parking, including in the CPH Webshop and in apps issued by CPH, by presenting and registering your Membership Card. In future, it will also become possible to earn Bonus Points by purchasing selected products from Partners.
Bonus Points may be used for full or partial payment of purchases in Shops and at Dining Places by presenting and registering your Membership Card.
4.1.1 Earning Bonus Points
Two types of Bonus Points can be earned: Basis Points and Extra Points.
Basis Points are earned on all purchases, see Clause 4.1. Basis Points are earned on the entire purchase price, except any portion of the price paid by Bonus Points. However, you do not earn Bonus Points on certain products, such as cigarettes purchased at newsstands. The Shops and Dining Places select themselves the products on which you earn Bonus Points.
Special conditions apply to CPH Parking: Bonus Points are earned when you purchase one of the following parking options: Standard, Standard+, Direct and We Park You Fly. You do not earn Bonus Points on parking options not mentioned. Neither do you earn Bonus Point, if you use BroBizz as payment for your parking.
If some of the products ordered in the CPH Webshop are out of stock, Basis Points will be earned only for the products supplied.
Extra Points are earned in campaigns and are calculated based on the total purchase price, the payment method or any maximum amounts.
You can see any Bonus Points earned from your account at cph.dk/advantage or in the CPH Airport app. Bonus Points earned on purchases of products from Shops and at Dining Places will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the purchase. Bonus Points earned on purchases at CPH Parking will be credited to your account within 24 hours after the day of use, i.e., the day on which you use the ordered service. If you exercise your right of cancellation after making a purchase, any Bonus Points earned on the purchase will be debited from your account.
If Bonus Points have not been credited to your account, Bonus Points will be credited if you contact Customer Service by email to email@example.com no later than three months after the purchase and provide documentation of the transaction.
4.1.2 Membership level and Membership Year
CPH Advantage has three different membership levels: CPH Advantage Basic, CPH Advantage Plus and CPH Advantage Premium. Your membership level depends on your accumulated purchases in a Membership Year.
CPH Advantage Basic: Purchases from DKK 0 to DKK 1,999 in a Membership Year.
CPH Advantage Plus: Purchases from DKK 2,000 to DKK 9,999 in a Membership Year.
CPH Advantage Premium: Purchases exceeding DKK 10,000 in a Membership Year.
You will advance to a higher membership level when your total purchases in a Membership Year exceed the specified threshold amounts.
Your membership level is carried forward to the next Membership Year. Your level is calculated at the end of each Membership Year based on your total purchases made in the preceding Membership Year.
4.1.3 Special welcome
As a special welcome to you as a new member, you can advance faster to a higher membership level in the month of signing up and the following two calendar months. If your total purchases in the month of signing up and in the following two calendar months amount to at least DKK 500, you will advance to CPH Advantage Plus. If your total purchases in that period exceed DKK 2,500, you will advance to CPH Advantage Premium.
The membership level achieved in this way is retained in the first and second Membership Years irrespective of the purchases made in the remainder of the first Membership Year, unless your purchases entitle you to a higher membership level than the one achieved in the first three months. At the beginning of the third Membership Year, your membership level depends on the total purchases made in the second Membership Year.
4.1.4. Basis Points
The number of Basis Points earned depends on your membership level at the time of the purchase.
The calculation is based on the following criteria:
CPH Advantage Basic
CPH Advantage Plus
CPH Advantage Premium
The value of each Bonus Point is DKK 0,015. For each purchase, you will receive Basis Points equivalent to the following values:
CPH Advantage Basic: 1.5% of the purchase price
CPH Advantage Plus: 2.25% of the purchase price
CPH Advantage Premium: 3% of the purchase price
4.1.5. Extra Points
CPH may offer special opportunities to earn Bonus Points at any time. Such Bonus Points are called Extra Points. However, CPH is under no obligation to offer such opportunities. More information about the opportunity to earn Extra Points is available on the Membership Site. Extra Points are not included in the calculation of membership level.
4.2. 'My account'
On the Membership Site, you can see Bonus Points earned at all times under 'My Account'. You can also see all Bonus Points previously earned and used.
4.3 Use of Bonus Points
Bonus Points can be used for purchases in Shops and at Dining Places by presenting and registering your Membership Card. Bonus Points can also be used for purchases and pre-orders in the CPH Webshop and in apps. Bonus Points cannot be used for CPH Parking.
When you use Bonus Points, the number of points in your account will be reduced by the number of points equivalent to the purchase made if the entire purchase price is paid using Bonus Points. If only a portion of the purchase price is paid using Bonus Points, the number of points in your account will be reduced by the number of points equivalent to the portion of the purchase price paid using Bonus Points. The remainder of the purchase price will be paid by, for example, credit card or in cash, and you will be awarded Basis Points on this portion of the purchase price.
If you use Bonus Points earned on the purchase of a product that is subsequently returned, the value of the Bonus Points will be deducted from the amount refunded for the returned product.
If you want to use Bonus Points, you must make sure to indicate this when making purchases or pre-ordering products in the CPH Webshop or through the app or when making payments in Shops or at Dining Places by presenting and registering your Membership Card.
Some products may be excepted from the right to use Bonus Points as payment; in that case, payment must be made using ordinary means of payment. Ask the individual Shop or Dining Place.
Shops and Dining Places offering several bonus, discount or loyalty programmes may refuse the combination of such programmes. Consequently, Shops and Dining Places may decide that only CPH Advantage or one of the other programmes can be used. CPH may also decide that Bonus Points will not be earned on certain offers or campaigns from CPH.
If products ordered in the CPH Webshop are out of stock, and the transaction price is, therefore, lower than the value of the Bonus Points used, any Bonus Points used will be reduced accordingly.
If you do not collect pre-ordered products, the order will be canceled and any Bonus Points reserved will be returned to your account.
4.4 Expiry of Bonus Points
Bonus Points expire three years after the day earned. When you use Bonus Points, the Bonus Points first earned will automatically be used before any Bonus Points subsequently earned.
If you terminate your membership of CPH Advantage, all Bonus Points earned will be canceled six months after you have received confirmation of your resignation. If CPH terminates your membership, all Bonus Points earned will be canceled six months after you have received notice of the termination from CPH.
4.5 Unauthorised use
If you use CPH Advantage in an unauthorised manner, such as creating several membership profiles, your membership will be terminated immediately and you will forfeit your right to use any Bonus Points earned.
5. Advantages related to CPH Advantage
5.1 Access to advantages at CASC
You have access to advantages from selected Shops, Dining Places and Airlines at Copenhagen Airport, such as discounts, upgrades and special offers. Information about such advantages is available on the Membership Site. Special conditions may apply to the use of such advantages. The conditions are available on the Membership Site.
CPH may enrol new Shops, Dining Places and Airlines in CPH Advantage on an ongoing basis. You will be notified by email whenever CPH enrols new Shops, Dining Places and Airlines in CPH Advantage.
5.2 Access to advantages from Partners
You have access to advantages from the CPH Partners. Advantages include discounts, upgrades and special offers. Information about Partners and the products offered by Partners is available on the Membership Site. Special conditions may apply to the use of such advantages. The conditions are available on the Membership Site.
CPH may enrol new Partners in CPH Advantage on an ongoing basis. You will be notified by email whenever CPH enrols new Partners in CPH Advantage.
5.3 Selection for advantages in the Tax Free shop
When making purchases in the Tax Free shop at CASC, you have the chance of being selected for advantages such as discounts and rewards. You will win if your membership number is drawnwhen your Membership Card is scanned at the checkout counter.
5.4 Changes in related advantages
CPH may adjust the range of advantages and products at any time and without notice. The related advantages at all times are described on the Membership Site.
6. CPH EasyPay
As a member of CPH Advantage, you have the opportunity to use CPH EasyPay.
CPH EasyPay is a function allowing you to store your credit card details so you do not have to enter them again when you make purchases and pre-orders in the CPH Webshop, the CPH Airport app and CPH Parking.
The first time you make a purchase or place a pre-order, you must choose a 4-digit personal code (the 'Code') for use in CPH EasyPay.
The Code must be different from the PIN code of the relevant credit card, and CPH recommends you to choose a code that does not consist of identical or consecutive numbers. Nor should you choose the same code as the one you use to unlock your mobile phone.
When you subsequently make purchases and place pre-orders, you merely have to enter the Code to make the purchase or place the pre-order.
You may change the Code under 'My account' on the Membership Site and in the CPH Airport app. Here you can also delete or change any credit card details stored in CPH EasyPay. It is your responsibility to check that your credit card details are correct and up-to-date.
If you enter the Code incorrectly three times, your credit card details will automatically be deleted.
When using the Code, you accept that CPH may use your Advantage login data to identify the credit card details you have registered. You also accept that the credit card registered is used to pay for the relevant transaction. Further, you accept to pay any fees charged by individual Shops for the execution of the payment.
When using the credit card registered in CPH EasyPay, you are subject to the general cardholder rules, including any rules on liability, agreed with your card issuer. Payment is effected in the same way as ordinary credit card payments in which you enter your credit card details.
Your payment and credit card details will be stored with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certified partner of CPH.
CPH and its Business Partners ensure compliance with the provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data (persondataloven) and other relevant legislation for your protection.
You are therefore encouraged to prevent any unauthorised use of your Membership Card by third parties and to ensure that your password is not disclosed. If your password is stored in a durable medium, you are advised not to give third parties access to such medium.
If you suspect unauthorised use of your Membership Card by a third party, CPH must be notified immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or at +45 32 31 32 31.
In case of a breakdown of the CPH Advantage system in individual Shops, Bonus Points will, in exceptional cases, not be credited to your account automatically. In such cases, Bonus Points will be credited if you contact Customer Service by email to email@example.com no later than three months after the purchase and provide documentation of the transaction.
In case of such breakdown, you will not be able to use any earned Bonus Points for making purchases in Shops, etc.
7.2 Liability for unauthorised use
You are fully liable for any unauthorised use of your Membership Card or the Membership Site.
However, CPH will be liable for any unauthorised use occurring more than 24 hours after CPH has received notification from you of any loss, theft or other unauthorised appropriation or use of your Membership Card or the Membership Site.
CPH may require more detailed information about the unauthorised use, such as copies of police reports, etc.
8. Consent to the use of data on purchasing behavior and other personal data for marketing purposes
8.1 Consent to the use of data on preferences and purchasing and browsing behaviour for marketing purposes
When signing up for CPH Advantage, you consent to the recording, storage and use by CPH of the information provided by you on your preferences and your purchasing and browsing behaviour for marketing purposes. This means that on the basis of i) your behaviour when making purchases and when visiting the CPH Webshop and other CPH platforms, and ii) the personal data provided by you, CPH may send you targeted and relevant promotional material and information in the form of offers, campaigns, competitions, new products/services, etc.
Your consent applies to the marketing of CPH's own products/services as well as to the marketing of products/services of the Shops and Dining Places at CASC, Partners, and the Airlines operating from Copenhagen Airport at any time. 8.2 Purchasing behaviour
When you use CPH Advantage for a purchase, CPH records and stores general information about you and the purchase for the purposes of completing the transaction, awarding Bonus Points and carrying out profiling and marketing targeted at you.
8.3 General information on processing of personal data
9. Consent to marketing
It is a condition for membership of CPH Advantage that you consent to the receipt of electronic marketing communications such as email, MMS and SMS messages, and apps from Copenhagen Airports A/S and the Business Partners within CPH Advantage. Marketing communications from Copenhagen Airport include information about Copenhagen Airport, competitions, events, loyalty programmes and parking options offered by Copenhagen Airport.
You must also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in these Membership Conditions. You can subsequently change your information and settings at any time at cph.dk/advantage.
You will not receive marketing communications directly from our Business Partners, but our newsletters contain relevant information about and offers from our Business Partners.
More information about all current Business Partners in CPH Advantage and their products/services is available at cph.dk/advantage. You will be notified by email whenever CPH enrolls a new Business Partner in CPH Advantage.
10. Status of CPH
CPH is the contracting party only when CPH Parking agreements are made. All other products are offered by third parties, and CPH only acts as a provider. Consequently, the relevant supplier is your contracting party and thus solely liable for the product sold, for any defects in the product, and for any other breach.
Your purchases are therefore governed by the contract terms of the individual Business Partner. Accordingly, any inquiries and complaints, etc., must be made directly to the Business Partner that sold the relevant product to you.
Moreover, CPH is not liable for any incorrect handling of CPH Advantage by a Business Partner, nor is CPH liable in case of relocation or closure of a Business Partner.
11. Assignment of rights
Your membership rights and obligations may not be assigned to any third party without prior, written consent from CPH.
CPH may assign any rights and obligations relating to you to any third party without your consent. In case of such assignment, you accept that any customer information, personal data and purchase information will be passed on to the party acquiring and/or assuming the rights and obligations of CPH. However, this does not entail that your information will be resold by CPH.
CPH may amend these Membership Conditions and CPH Advantage at any time by giving reasonable notice. Notice of 14 days constitutes reasonable notice at any time.
You will be notified electronically of any material changes, including by email. However, notice of minor, immaterial changes to these Membership Conditions will be given only on the Membership Site.
It is your responsibility to keep your email contact details up-to-date on the Membership Site. CPH will not be responsible if you fail to receive notice of changes to the Membership Conditions, etc., because you have not kept your email contact details up-to-date.
You will be deemed to have accepted any amendment to the Membership Conditions, unless you have informed CPH before the effective date of the amendment that you do not wish to be bound by the new Membership Conditions. If you notify CPH that you do not wish to be bound by the new Membership Conditions, such notice will be deemed to constitute termination of your membership of CPH Advantage.
13. Disputes – governing law – mandatory provisions
Any dispute between you and CPH must be settled by the home court of CPH in accordance with Danish law, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
These Membership Conditions do not deprive members who are consumers of any rights under mandatory rules.
14. Customer service
If you have any questions or, for example, believe that the correct number of Bonus Points has not been added on a purchase in the CHP Webshop, etc., you are asked to contact CPH Advantage Customer Service.
