Proposal of the election of Annemette Moesgaard

The Board of Directors of Copenhagen Airports A/S proposes the election of Annemette Moesgaard as member of the company's Board of Directors

As notified by company announcement of 27 November 2017, an extraordinary general meeting in Copenhagen Airports A/S will be held on 19 December 2017 in order to elect two new members of the Board of Directors, including a Deputy Chairman.

As mentioned in the convening notice to the extraordinary general meeting, the Board of Directors proposes that Ulrik Dan Weuder is elected as new Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors in addition to the company's other Deputy Chairman for the period until the next annual general meeting of the company.

At the time of the publication of the convening notice to the general meeting, the process of finding a candidate for the vacant post as an ordinary member of the Board of Directors was not yet completed. However, the Board of Directors now proposes the election of Annemette Moesgaard as member of the Company's Board of Directors for the period until the next annual general meeting of the company.

Annemette Moesgaard is Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer in charge of Corporate Communications at ATP. She is, among other things, responsible for the relationship with the press and with partners, strategic communication as well as internal and external communication. Annemette Moesgaard is a member of the group management of ATP.

Annemette Moesgaard joined ATP in 2012. Before that, she worked for Georg Jensen, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Communication. In the period 2000-2005, Annemette Moesgaard was employed as Head of Communications at Dansk Shell, responsible, among other things, for the Scandinavian countries. In the period 1996-2000, she worked as Information Manager in Scleroseforeningen (The Danish Multiple Sclerosis Society). Moreover, she has been self-employed with her own communication company and has worked as journalist at the newspaper Jyllands-Posten.

Thus, Annemette Moesgaard has more than 20 years of management experience from both Danish and global companies as well as from NGOs, and has been in charge of all aspects of companies' communications operations, including strategic communication, handling of the media, public affairs and stakeholder management.

Annemette Moesgaard is a Danish citizen, born in 1966 and she lives in Valby. She is a qualified journalist, graduated in 1996 from the Danish School of Media and Journalism.
