The Communications Department work on the basis of the following guidelines.

We try to present an unambiguous and precise public image for CPH.
Our stakeholders are entitled to receive information that allows them to understand what CPH stands for. Thus we believe it is important to be consistent when we communicate with our stakeholders.

We ensure that quick, accessible, understandable and relevant information about CPH is available.
CPH’s stakeholders should have easy access to information on CPH which could have an impact on them and their relationship with CPH. However, this is subject to certain restrictions: there is certain information that we cannot or are not permitted to disclose because we are a listed company and an airport with a high security level.
