New Benefit Programme Takes off

Starting today, passengers can sign up for Copenhagen Airport’s new benefit programme, ‘CPH Advantage’. Membership benefits include bonus points on online duty and tax-free shopping, special parking offers and free wi-fi, all designed to make the travel experience at Copenhagen Airport even better.

There will be lots of membership specials, discounts, events and new features when Copenhagen Airport launches its new CPH Advantage programme today under the slogan ‘If you want more’.

“CPH Advantage organises all membership benefits in single package, thereby helping our passengers get the full overview of all the opportunities at Copenhagen Airport and make good travel experiences even better,” said Carsten Nørland, VP, Sales and Marketing for Copenhagen Airports.

“The programme tailors the airport’s communications to CPH Advantage members so that they get precisely the news and offers that match their needs and preferences. CPH Advantage will help us get to know our passengers even better and strengthen the quality of the services we provide for them.”

Free wi-fi on the go
Members of CPH Advantage will have free wi-fi throughout the airport, so they can stay connected to their digital lives when travelling and check their e-mail, use the social media or surf the Internet.

“Free wi-fi is a natural next step in the expansion of our service offering – not least because a lot of the airport’s travel information is anchored in digital platforms. And we know from our passenger satisfaction surveys that free wi-fi is one of the things passengers value the most,” said Nørland.

More benefits to come
CPH Advantage is available to all passengers over 18 years of age and membership is free. By using the membership card, passengers will receive bonus points when they shop at www.tax-free.dk or as when they book parking or make reservations for the CPH Apartment lounge on the website chp.dk.

Members can also treat themselves to membership specials, discounts and upgrades in the shops and restaurants of the Copenhagen Airport shopping centre and from a number of external partners offering services ranging from car rental to spa treatment.

“CPH Advantage is a dynamic programme, and new benefits and partnerships will be added going forward,” said Nørland, and he continues, “It has taken us more than a year to develop the programme, and our work continues. We want to be a good host who listens to our passengers, understands their needs and develops new products and services to meet their demands – all of which requires continuing efforts and a lot of attention.”

Facts about CPH Advantage CPH Advantage is a customer benefit programme for all passengers over 18 years of age. Membership is free, and members have access to the many programme benefits, including free wi-fi, membership specials, discounts, upgrades, bonus points, events and newsletters.   Three membership levels The program has three membership levels: Advantage Basic, Advantage Plus and Advantage Premium.
