Travel service for the airport’s passengers

There are many things to remember before you leave on a trip by air. Copenhagen Airport therefore offers a service to passengers who would like to prepare themselves as well as possible before their trip.

The travel service is a kind of reminder note with advice on how to get through the airport as fast and easy as possible. When they have registered for the service, passengers will receive an e-mail with advice and tips shortly before departure. The e-mail will include information on how to save time and money by booking parking in advance or shopping for tax- and duty-free products online.

Passengers will also typically receive a reminder that they can skip the check-in queue by checking in online or on the kiosks at the airport.

It is easy to register for the service; you just have to enter a few data. You will only receive the one e-mail you request. If you want an e-mail again the next time you are going to travel by air, you have to submit a new request.
