More foreign exchange options at Copenhagen Airport

This coming spring, passengers at Copenhagen Airport will have a wider range of foreign exchange outlets to choose from when Forexchange opens three outlets at the airport.

In the spring of 2008, Forexchange will open three foreign exchange outlets at Copenhagen Airport. One of the three new outlets will be located before the central security checkpoint, while the two others will be located in the airside area after the security checkpoint.

“We are pleased to be able to offer our passengers even more foreign exchange options. About 90% of the passengers at Copenhagen Airport travelled to international destinations in 2007, so there is a great demand for foreign exchange options at the airport,” said Henrik Busch, director of commercial activities at Copenhagen Airports A/S.

The three outlets opening at Copenhagen Airport is the beginning of Forexchange new European expansion strategy:

“Forexchange is proud to become a new partner of Copenhagen Airport and is very glad to satisfy passengers needs in terms of providing foreign exchange services within the Danish market,” said Andrea Piodelli, Managing Director of the Forexchange Group.

Passengers also still have the opportunity to exchange money and do other banking business at the four Nordea and Danske Bank offices at the airport.

Forexchange is the leading foreign exchange provider in Italy and has outlets in all major Italian airports.

The company was founded in 1990 in Milan and it opened its first bureau de change in Venice.

Forexchange actual network includes over 100 outlets.
