The Øresund Bridge will be closed to motor vehicle traffic on 24 November from 20.00-23.00

Due to an emergency exercise, the bridge will be closed to all motor vehicle traffic on 24 November between 20.00 and 23.00.

The Øresund trains will however continue to operate with extra capacity between 19.45 and 24.00.

A major emergency exercise is held every four years to ensure that the emergency response plans work.

In order to prevent queues at the bridge during the exercise, the police will be closing the motorway approaches to the Øresund Bridge at the Vintrie junction on the Swedish side and at Amager Strandvej on the Danish side.
