Family friendly area at Terminal 2 in Copenhagen Airport
Playstation 3, brio toys, cartoons and table football. The entertainment choices are plentiful for children and teenagers at Copenhagen Airport’s popular family area in Terminal 2. We have just given the area a face lift complete with all the new games and toys.
So if you and your family are going abroad – and your children need some entertainment before boarding the flight, the possibilities are plentiful in the family area in Terminal 2.
In the soft, cosy corner, teenagers can listen to their own portable music players, play games on Playstation 3, read or just rest. All the while, their younger siblings can spend time playing with toys or watching children’s TV.
Copenhagen Airport is for all passengers – young and old
“The Airport is be for everyone – including teenagers and toddlers. There is a great demand for playroom facilities from families with children, and therefore, it is important that we continue to modernise and improve the area with new, exciting activities for children of all ages,” said Susanne Frank, passenger manager at Copenhagen Airports A/S and continued:
“We also need good facilities for families with infants, and we are currently creating a brand new nursing and changing room where parents can to discretely nurse or feed their children. The diaper changing facilities are good and there is a microwave oven for warming up baby food and a bottle heater,” Susanne Frank explained. The new nursing room is expected to be ready in early 2009.

The large popular play area in Terminal 2 at Copenhagen Airport is for children of all ages. Teenagers can also hang out in the area, with something to do while waiting for their flight.
