Sterling opens non-stop route from Copenhagen Airport to East Midlands
Sterling expands its route network and strengthens its position as the second-largest airline at Copenhagen Airport.
Sterling recently announced yet another expansion of the airline’s winter programme.
Sterling is adding a non-stop service between Copenhagen and East Midlands Airport in the UK to its new destinations in the winter programme.
“We are very pleased that Sterling – Copenhagen Airport’s second-largest customer – is opening yet another route. Copenhagen Airport has a defined goal of expanding its position as the largest airport in Scandinavia. Sterling contributes to this with yet another route and the many passengers on its flights, and we are pleased to see this addition to the range of destinations passengers can choose out of Copenhagen,” said Niels Boserup, CEO of Copenhagen Airports.
The new service to East Midlands Airport is the 12th UK destination out of Copenhagen Airport.
