Christmas atmosphere at Copenhagen Airport
Christmas is festive season – also at the airport – where Santa Claus and Christmas music helps create a Christmas atmosphere.
In December, passengers will experience a special Christmas atmosphere at Copenhagen Airport.
Santa Claus, Lucia procession and Christmas carols
Music contributes to the Christmas atmosphere, as a harpist is playing in the terminals in the period from 28 November to 21 December.
On certain days from 3 December until 21 December, Santa Claus will visit the shopping centre and hand out Danish-style Christmas cakes and vouchers with special offers from the shops to passengers.

Passengers travelling on 13 December between 9.30 and 10.30 am will also have the opportunity to see a traditional Lucia procession in the terminals.
Outside the terminals, Christmas trees with lots of lights contribute to the special atmosphere, as do green and gold decorations inside the buildings.
Closer to Christmas, the atmosphere is even more festive when the “Voices of Joy” gospel choir will be singing Christmas carols in Terminals 2 and 3 on Friday, 21 December and Saturday, 22 December.
