Changed access during night hours
In connection with the construction of a new, central security checkpoint at Copenhagen Airport, the indoor passage between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 will be closed every day during the period from 11 pm to 6 am. It is expected that this closure will last until early March.
During the night hours, there will only be access between the terminals via the outdoor sidewalk, whilst the 7-Eleven store, which is open round the clock, can be accessed from Terminal 2.
In the transit area and the shopping centre (after security screening) the connection between the terminals will be open round the clock.
The airport’s new security checkpoint will be ready for use this summer and will replace the existing checkpoints in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. By establishing one central security checkpoint rather than two in separate terminals, the airport will increase its capacity and flexibility, which will translate into better service for passengers.
