Copenhagen Airport receives top European efficiency award
The Air Transport Research Society, a worldwide organisation of aviation academics and professors, has benchmarked the efficiency of the world’s largest airports and rated Copenhagen Airport Europe’s most efficient airport for the third consecutive year.
Niels Boserup, President & CEO of Copenhagen Airports, was presented with the award at the Society’s annual meeting in Nagoya, Japan last Saturday.
At the presentation of the award, the Chairman of the Society, Professor Tae H. Oum of the University of British Columbia said that it was the first time an airport received the top rating for three consecutive years and that it was particularly remarkable to see an airport with high financial efficiency and high passenger satisfaction at the same time.
