Magicians on the loose in the departure hall

The kids are out of school and thousands of families are travelling on holiday. At the moment, there are many children among the up to 80.000 passengers travelling out of Copenhagen Airport on peak days.

The busy summer period results in waits at check-in and the security checkpoints – not least in the early morning hours, when there are many charter passengers. To make the wait in line more pleasant, the airport has hired magicians to do tricks and give colourful balloon animals to the kids on peak travel days.   The next peak travel days, when the magicians will be at work, are Sunday 2 July, Monday 3 July and Tuesday 4 July – all days in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 from 5.30 to 7.30 am.
