Summer of records at Copenhagen Airport

The number of passengers departing from Copenhagen Airport in a single month has surpassed the one million mark for the first time in airport history, as the airport served 1,021,289 passengers during the month of June.

Another record set in June was the more than half a million (554,809 to be precise) locally departing passengers travelling to an international destination on a scheduled flight.

The number of package-tour passengers starting their journey at Copenhagen was 106,148 in June, the second-highest number in a single month in airport history.
