Aer Lingus returns to Copenhagen
Aer Lingus is back on the route between Dublin and Copenhagen as from next summer, May 30th to be exact. The airline ceased to operate this route at the end of March 2000 but has since then undergone an economic slim down as a result of the increased competition the airline has faced from the low cost airlines on the UK and Irish markets. Hence, Aer Lingus describes themselves as an airline with an improved efficiency and lower costs, meaning lower fares to the passengers.
Tickets can be booked now on http://www.aerlingus.com/ from 75€ and up.
Aer Lingus serves the route four days a week, i.e. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Departure time from Copenhagen is 11.35 a.m. arriving in Dublin 12.50 p.m.
