Summer entertainment for kids and children at heart
Magic, table football tournaments and singing charter tourists: Holidays start at Copenhagen Airport. All through the summer months, the airport offers exciting activities for kids and children at heart.
In the afternoons, magician Michael Frederiksen will wave his magic wand, pulling balls out of children’s ears and scarves out of their sleeves. Michael the Magician will be showing his magic to the people he meets in all parts of the airport.
Spoiling the youngsters
For the younger passengers, LEGO will be arranging table football tournaments on their new Fussball tables. All participants will get a diploma and medals will be awarded to the winners.
Throughout the summer holidays and the rest of the year, the smaller children will find enjoyment at the airport’s two permanent play areas. The Kids’ Airport in Terminal 3 has a five-metre airplane with a slide and the play area at the west end of the terminal has games, a large room with plastic balls and a huge pirate ship.
Choir members dressing up as charter passengers
Members of the Kefas choir will dress up as charter passengers and entertain travellers with their happy song.
The choir will be at the airport once a week, on 4, 11, 19 and 26 July and on 1, 8 and 16 August, from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The magician will perform his tricks on 4, 11, 18 and 25 July from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
The Lego activities will be held at Nytorv in Terminal 3 opposite the tax free shop from 6:30 am to 11 am and from 1 pm to 8 pm. All activities will be free of charge.
