Copenhagen Airport has good facilities for disabled passengers
Copenhagen Airports A/S has published a folder showing all the airport’s facilities for disabled passengers. The folder shows the location of wheelchair accessible toilets, connections between the floors, areas with T-coils, persons available to accompany disabled passengers, parking facilities, transport through security control and between terminals. In addition to the general facilities for the disabled described in the folder, railway and airline check-in counters can be lowered to make it easier for people in wheelchairs to reach the counter and credit card terminal. Moreover, assistance to get on and off trains can be booked at DSB (the Danish state railways). When the Øresund Bridge opens, new trains which are level with station platforms will be introduced. This will allow users of wheelchairs to roll their chairs directly on board the trains.
