Description: CPH is awarded the Danish Shareholders Association’s silver medal for its efforts in the field of corporate governance. ISS receives the gold medal, while Novo Nordisk receives the bronze medal. The prize winners are selected according to 15 criteria in three main fields. The main fields are information and transparency, supervisory board’s management and control function, and executive compensation.
