Copenhagen Airports' objective is to run and expand the operations of Copenhagen and Roskilde airports efficiently and profitably.

The operation and expansion of the airports will be undertaken with due consideration for the local environment.

The company will maintain a high level of quality to enable the continued development of air traffic to and from Copenhagen. Copenhagen Airports' position as the Scandinavian hub and northern Europe's preferred transit airport will be reinforced.These objectives will be achieved by strengthening existing activity areas and by making them more efficient.

The services and facilities we offer must be profitable and contribute to the company's earnings. They must also contrute to the airport's overall quality concept. The requirement that there must be a return may, however, be disregarded in relation to the services and core activities that are necessary for airport security and basic operations and to protect the local environment.

It is an important objective for the company that the airport's facilities and associated services engender satisfaction and loyalty among airlines and their passengers.
